What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Must be 18 years or older, Knowledge of basic math skills, Customer service experience, Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure
Nice to Have
completion of forklift certifications through F&D, certification to use heavy equipment requires successful passing of a drug test
What You'll Do.
Connect with customers

Excite customers about their purchase
Provide above and beyond customer service
Exceed customer expectations
Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas
Work in cooperation with management and team members
Process customers at checkout
Process customer refunds and exchanges
Follow established cash
check and credit card acceptance procedures
Create price tags and merchandise signs
tag and display merchandise
Act and work in a manner consistent with the company’s core values
Demonstrate and understand compliance of the company’s safety processes
Answer telephone according to the company guidelines
Assist in other areas of the store
Work in a fast pace environment with accuracy
