Must Have
1-year job experience required, High school diploma or equivalent required, Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience, Demonstrated knowledge of products and services, Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction, Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment, Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed, Ability to maintain customer confidentiality

Retail experience or customer service experience a plus, Training or product demonstration experience a plus
What You'll Do.
Assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the NECOA brand and water purification products
Demonstrate products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs
Build rapport with customers and professional relationships with store management and employees
Maintain displays for cleanliness
Report and competitive insights
Sell products and services in a retail store
and/or event environments
Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees
Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
Welcome customers and offer assistance
Direct customers to assess needs and suggest products
Advise customers by providing information on products and services
Help customers make selections by building customer confidence
Accurately document and report sales
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Accurately track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations
Ensure work station/kiosk is clean

In this role, you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the NECOA brand and water purification products in our shopping mall retail store. You will demonstrate products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs.
