Kenny U-Pull is a division of American Iron & Metal (AIM), a recognized global leader in the metal recycling industry, with more than 125 site locations, 4000 employees worldwide and over 3.5 billion dollars in yearly sales. The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple locations within a designated region. This role involves ensuring that all branches meet operational standards, achieve financial targets, and deliver exceptional customer service. The Regional Manager will lead and support Branch Managers, drive operational efficiency, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance performance and growth. What you're responsible for: Operational Management * Overseeing daily operations of multiple Kenny U-Pull locations within the district. * Ensuring all locations adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards. * Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to achieve targets. * Conducting regular site visits to assess operations, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Team Leadership * Leading, mentoring, and supporting Branch Managers to ensure effective management and development of their teams. * Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and operational partners to support business objectives and ensure alignment on priorities and execution. * Fostering a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. * Conducting performance reviews, provide feedback, and impleme
