What You'll Do.
performing all Recruiter duties
manage a team of roughly 5 recruiters
track and report out metrics to the director of talent acquisition weekly
Manage performance of the team
Perform direct recruiting and sourcing activities for open positions in the security space
Develop potential recruiting sources by preparing research identifying and qualifying sources
Move candidates through the applicant flow of the applicant tracking system
Assess candidates for all levels of hire
Coordinate drug tests
criminal background checks
Recruit security officers for a retail setting
Explain company personnel policies
and procedures to job applicants
