Working as part of the local HR team, you’ll deliver high-quality, timely recruitment services that align with our business needs—ensuring the right person is matched to the right role at the right time. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, champion inclusive hiring practices, and collaborate closely with HR and employee representatives to ensure recruitment activities are aligned with local labour practices and frameworks. **Key responsibilities:** * Responsible for recruitment processes for Retail store positions as well as corporate interns and contractors, which encompasses line manager briefings, defining a targeted search strategy, and strategic onboarding * Ensure a positive candidate and manager experience through a high-quality recruitment process focused on feedback and communication * Driving diversity in our slates and compliance in our hiring practices while acting as a strategic advisor to the business * Workday user and support: create Requisitions and follow up with the stores. Post the requisition in recruitment channels.
