Working as part of the local HR team, you’ll deliver high-quality, timely recruitment services that align with our business needs—ensuring the right person is matched to the right role at the right time. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, champion inclusive hiring practices, and collaborate closely with HR and employee representatives to ensure recruitment activities are aligned with local labour practices and frameworks. **Key responsibilities:** * Responsible for recruitment processes for Retail store positions as well as corporate interns and contractors, which encompasses line manager briefings, defining a targeted search strategy, and strategic onboarding * Ensure a positive candidate and manager experience through a high-quality recruitment process focused on feedback and communication * Driving diversity in our slates and compliance in our hiring practices while acting as a strategic advisor to the business * Workday user and support: create Requisitions and follow up with the stores. Post the requisition in recruitment channels. Daily Store Support (employee job changes or absences, hiring processes, cleaning data, employee info corrections, ensure SM permits and updated organigramme), ensure accuracy and verified information for WorkDay Audits...) * Review the hiring documentation, labour contract ensuring accuracy.
