You’ll be the single point of contact for the client property team and will serve as an account lead on-site, providing a higher level of retailer, customer and client engagement. **An Overview of the role:** * Preparation of a one- and three-year business plan * Formation of an annual leasing strategy * Monthly invoice deployment * Management of arrears * Annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and outgoings management * Tenant management including reconciliations, lease documentation, fit-out coordination * Conducting market rent reviews * Oversight of maintenance logging and requests in liaison with cl
