What You'll Do.
Maintain department standards
Generate friendly atmosphere
Provide prompt customer service
Assist store management with reporting
Ensure inventory information is accurate
Utilize product management software
Maintain correct item parameters
Ensure correct signage
Ensure advertised items are priced
Ensure EDLP items are priced
Ensure RDA items are priced
Order sufficient quantities
Maintain special buys
Perform inventory verification
Perform pricing verification
Determine product placement for new items
Ensure timely presentation of products
Reduce obsolete inventory
Reduce discontinued inventory
Monitor excess inventory
Minimize excess inventory
Monitor unsaleable inventory
Implement solutions to reduce damage
Edit replenishment orders
Transmit replenishment orders
Complete price changes
Complete product information changes
Assist department managers with questions
Balance vendor invoices
Adhere to hygiene guidelines
Adhere to dress guidelines
Adhere to company policies
Adhere to store guidelines
Report to work on time
Assist in other areas
Perform other job duties
