Six months or less of similar or related work experience, Enrolled in accredited college of pharmacy, Registered with State Pharmacy Board as an intern
What You'll Do.
Process prescriptions
Provide prompt and efficient service
Assist with inventory control
Enter inventory information into computer
Work with co-workers as a team
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
Ensure adherence to facility policies
Prepare prescriptions
Report medication errors
Prepare labels for prescription containers
Affix labels to prescription containers
Assist in training employees
Assist with monthly inventory
Follow security procedures
Follow regulatory procedures
Follow Quality Assurance Programs
Maintain cleanliness of pharmacy
Maintain cleanliness of dispensing area
Maintain professional appearance
Adhere to company policies
Report to work when scheduled
Report to work on time
Assist in other areas of the store
Perform other job related duties
