What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience, Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions, Working knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostic ability to include: internal engine, suspension, brakes, electronic, exhaust, Speak and write English, Ability to read and interpret documents, Understand and execute instructions, Successfully complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment, Use basic math accurately, Use Microsoft software effectively (Word, Excel required), organizational skills, Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed

Nice to Have

ASE certification preferred, Spanish a plus
