Must Have

Must meet all state and company requirements, HS Degree or GED required, Ability to learn new tasks and follow directions, Ability to communicate effectively, Reliable, punctual, and consistent

Nice to Have

Leadership experience preferred, Experience creating and following SOPs, Forklift experience a plus, Cannabis knowledge or interest a plus

What You'll Do.

back of house store operations

vault & shrink control

inventory best practices

Lead and participate in all Inventory counts and reconciliation

Maintain pre-order/online orders

drive successful order fulfillment

back of house efficiencies

maintain and participate in providing detailed and accurate record keeping

developing and distribute inventory reporting on a regular basis

ensure the front of House is adequately stocked and replenished

covering the sales floor when needed

successfully engage customers

Receive product against packing slip/manifest and PO and enter receiving and inventory information into the appropriate software system or systems

Process shipments by printing labels

and properly storing product in "the vault"

and canceling of online orders

quick pick up in store

and curbside pickup (Where applicable)

Correct all violations with a sense of urgency

Participate and lead all scheduled dispensary inventory counts

and reconcile any inventory discrepancies

and maintain all inventory related data through internal management software and systems

Maintain/participate in providing detailed and accurate record keeping

Develop and distribute inventory reporting on a regular basis

brainstorm ways to reduce inventory discrepancies and “shrink”

participating in accurate and efficient flow of products from storage to the point of sale

Update other staff members on inventory processes and procedures

Ensure the Front of House is adequately stocked and replenished in a timely fashion to support the business

cover sales floor when needed and successfully engage customers when applicable

have scheduled shifts to open and close the store including all EOD financials

balancing registers and/or preparing drawers and store for open
