What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management, or related or equivalent experience, 8–12 years in retail operations, 3–5 years at a senior level managing multi-site or multi-country operations, Pan-European or international scope, Labor management at scale, Apparel or lifestyle brand background, P&L and budget ownership
