What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-5 years of experience in retail operations, supply chain, account management, e-commerce or a similar hands-on operational role, Experience working across multiple markets or countries, ideally within the Nordic region, Analytical mindset, Comfortable working with data tools such as Excel, Looker or similar, Able to identify operational root causes, connect data with field observations and turn findings into clear, practical actions, Stakeholder management and communication skills, Build trust with store managers, regional managers, merchant operational counterparts and internal teams, Hands-on, proactive, Comfortable working both on site with merchants and cross-functionally with country and regional teams, Enjoy structured follow-through, Take ownership of making sure actions lead to measurable improvement, Fluent in English
Nice to Have
Fluency in one or more Scandinavian languages is a plus

Track and analyse Perfect Order Fulfillment Ratio
Identify root causes and turn insights into action plans
Lead operational reviews with priority merchants
picker coaching and staff training
Support rollouts of operational tools and processes
capture learnings and share recommendations
data accuracy and operational reliability
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with Account Managers, regional teams and retail partners; Work closely with Cluster Heads, Regional Retail Operations, Product, Support, Integrations and Account Managers; Build trust with store managers, regional managers, merchant operational counterparts and internal teams; Work cross-functionally with country and regional teams
