Must Have
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively, Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking, Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously)
Nice to Have
Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience
What You'll Do.
Greet teammates and customers
Proactively approach athletes to understand their needs
Support their shopping experience
Process merchandise and product received at the store
Organize and maintain the backroom
Ensure merchandise is easily accessible
Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards
Assist with the unloading of trucks
Fulfill customer experience according to service level standards
Adhere to policies and procedures related to safety
Adhere to policies and procedures related to loss
Adhere to policies and procedures related to standard
Maintain confidentiality of all Company information
Create an inclusive store environment
Support the team across the store
Perform other tasks as assigned by management
