Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively, Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking, Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform, Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously)

What You'll Do.

Greet everyone and proactively approach athletes to understand

Support customer shopping experience

Process merchandise and product received at the store

Organize and maintain backroom

Ensure merchandise is easily accessible

Uphold company merchandising standards

Uphold company presentation standards

Assist with unloading trucks

Fulfill company-defined customer experience

Complete all processes according to service level standards

Adhere to established policies and procedures

Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Adhere to loss prevention policies and procedures

Adhere to standard operating procedures

Maintain confidentiality of all Company information

Create an inclusive store environment

Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team

Perform other tasks as assigned by management
