## **JOB DESCRIPTION** ** _Scope of work:_** * Downloading and consolidating tenants’ documents (fit-out registration, drawings, minutes, handover records, etc) from Pure portal. * Classifying and storing them on Keppel’s sharepoint system. * Compiling and organizing tenants’ legal documents during operations phase, ensuring proper classification and storage. Supporting other administrative and paperwork tasks as required by the team. ## **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Age from 20-25 years old Vietnamese university students/new graduated young adult with good English. ## **BUSINESS SEGMENT** Real Estate ## **PLATFORM** Operating Division
