**About the Role** As a Customer Relationship Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for processing customer-financed contracts, maintaining accurate records, and resolving customer concerns with care and professionalism. This is an entry-level role perfect for someone who’s eager to grow their career in customer service and account management. **OUR STORY** Grand Furniture was founded in 1947 by Rose Stein and operated alongside her 2 sons, Jerry and Herbert.
