Execute receiving and merchandising standards
Ensure Associates process efficiently
Engage and interact with customers
Maintain clean and organized store
Orchestrate truck delivery
Prioritize merchandise processing
Train Associates on merchandising
Train Associates on processing principles
Ensure merchandise is properly tagged
Ensure merchandise is properly hung
Ensure merchandise is properly secured
Ensure merchandise is properly coded
Communicate with Coordinator on Duty
Ensure efficient flow of goods
Ensure Associates complete tasks
Monitor team productivity
Coach Associates as necessary
Maintain merchandising philosophy
Maintain signage standards
Maintain organizational standards
Maintain cleanliness standards
Maintain recovery standards
Ensure compliance with recycling programs
Ensure compliance with hazardous waste programs
Communicate with management
Communicate with Associates
Provide progress updates
Provide constructive feedback
Accept constructive feedback
Partner with Management on training
Ensure adherence to labor laws
Ensure adherence to policies
Ensure adherence to procedures
Promote credit programs
Promote loyalty programs
Support shrink reduction goals
Participate in shrink reduction programs
