What You'll Do.

Execute receiving and merchandising standards

Process merchandise onto sales floor

Train and mentor Associates

Ensure merchandise is properly tagged

Communicate with Coordinator on Duty

Ensure Associates complete tasks

Monitor productivity of team

Organize and rotate back stock

Maintain merchandising philosophy

Maintain backroom cleanliness

Ensure compliance with recycling programs

Communicate with management and Associates

Provide and accept feedback

Partner with Management on training

Ensure adherence to policies

Promote credit and loyalty programs

Support shrink reduction goals

Promote safety awareness
