Must Have
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Media or related, Experience across performance media agencies, marketplace/eCommerce teams, retail media network teams and/or in-house performance marketing functions, Strategic and commercially minded leader with years of experience in performance media and/or eCommerce marketing, able to drive growth strategies aligned to long-term business priorities within fast-paced and evolving environments, stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, agencies, cultures and multiple Southeast Asia & Taiwan markets
Nice to Have
Mandarin language capability would be an added advantage, Experience within healthcare, consumer healthcare, FMCG/CPG or other regulated industries would be a plus

Scale retailer onsite performance
Drive end-to-end performance management
