You will be responsible for: * Lead store operations bringing energy and vision to create a memorable shopping experience. * Utilize your eye for design and style, to curate your donated product through great visual merchandising with enhanced feature displays and strong commercial windows to drive sales and footfall. * Keep up to date with the latest fashion trends and local market demands, identifying opportunities for growth. * Managing staff and volunteers where you’ll get to work with some amazing people.
