If you are ready to obsess over the athlete and make a difference in your community, apply to join our team today! **OVERVIEW:** **_ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:_** The Loss Prevention Lead serves primarily to mitigate and reduce losses through the deterrence of external theft and the execution of key operational programs. The LP Lead will model customer engagement behaviors to detect and deter shoplifters and provide service to all customers. LP Lead will also act in compliance with the Company policy “Engaging Law Enforcement” when all attempts at service do not deter theft. Assists in monitoring store compliance with policies related to safety, operational controls and Merchandise Expose Standards (MES) execution. LP Lead may also assist in external/internal investigations, as well as promoting store awareness around addressing theft and operational controls. Internal and External Theft Deterrence and Awareness * Monitors customer and teammate traffic in the store for potential theft activity while following Company standards of dress code, addressing concerning behaviors typically attributed to shoplifting activity or internal theft. * Completes detailed and accurate incident reports in LPMS for all recoveries, shoplifting events, and grab & go activity. Follows-up with local authorities for after the fact external c
