What You'll Do.
Create positive customer experience
Promote honesty and confidentiality
Act as Manager on Duty
Ensure store team performs tasks
Address customer service issues
Exercise discretion on policies
Maintain Associate coverage
Ensure Associates adhere to procedures
Ensure opening/closing procedures
Communicate with management and Associates
Provide and accept recognition
Partner with Management on training
Ensure adherence to labor laws
Promote credit and loyalty programs
Support shrink reduction goals
Promote safety awareness
Other duties as assigned
