Must Have
Must be available for morning/evening shifts, 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week, including at least one weekend day. Requires punctuality and consistent attendance. Must be able to develop relationships with customers and colleagues, and possess excellent customer service skills, prioritizing customer experience and proactively handling concerns. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, learn new procedures quickly, and demonstrate organizational and follow-through skills. Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative, and eagerness to develop new skills and respond to feedback.
