Must Have
Licensed in the state(s) of practice or eligible for reciprocity, Immunization and non-vaccine injectable certification, Credentialing and privileging, Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in pharmacy, ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy, FPGEC certificate from NABP, Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served, Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life, Assess data reflective of the patient's status, Interpret appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his/her age-specific needs, Provide the care needed as described in the department's policies and procedures
Nice to Have
Life support training courses may be required dependent on department discretion
What You'll Do.
Oversee pharmaceutical care
Retrieve biomedical literature
