Join us and help shape the future of energy efficiency while growing in a supportive, impactful environment. **About the Role ** We are seeking an experienced Retail Field Deployment Project Manager for a **6-9-month contract** to lead the deployment of our hardware and software temperature monitoring solution for a national retail customer. The role includes managing procurement, logistics, installation, documentation, and vendor coordination. Success will mean delivering the project on time, on budget, and with strong communication across internal teams, vendors, and the customer. **Commitment Details** * Term: Approximately 6-9 months (possibility of extension) * Location: Remote in US (EST or CST time zones - preference for EST) with up to 20% domestic travel * Employment Type: Full-time temporary employee (40+ hrs per week) **Responsibilities:** * Project Leadership & Tracking * Manage overall project schedule, scope, and budget across a 6-month deployment * Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and trackers to provide clear visibility for internal and customer stakeholders. * Monitor risks and proactively address and mitigate issues to keep the project on track * Customer Engagement Support * Partner with PMO and Customer Success leads to prepare for and support customer meetings * Develop and update dashboards for weekly project updates with the customer *
