Greet donors professionally and courteously
Receive donated goods
Provide basic donor information
Assist donors with unloading
Support efficient donated goods operations
Maintain consistent material flow
and stage donated goods
Operate material handling equipment
and trailer areas are
Perform routine housekeeping
Follow all safety guidelines
Perform all duties in accordance with Goodwill’s safety
Use proper lifting techniques
Maintain awareness of surroundings
Report safety hazards
Support a culture of safety
Perform other duties as assigned
