What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Age 21 or over, High School Diploma or equivalent, Valid Government-Issued Photo ID, 3–5 years of multi-store or multi-unit leadership experience
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or related field, Cannabis or retail industry experience strongly preferred, Proven ability to drive performance through KPI management and team development, financial acumen, communication, leadership presence

***This role will cover multiple locations : Pensacola / Tallahassee / Panama City / Ft. Walton Beach / Crestview*** Worksite Requirements | This role requires significant time spent in the field, with approximately 90% of the workweek dedicated to visiting stores, engaging with on-site teams, and assessing operations firsthand. Candidates should expect to travel frequently to various locations to provide hands-on support, ensure compliance with company standards, and foster strong relationships with store teams. This is not a desk-based role; success in this position will require active, in-person involvement in the day-to-day operations across multiple sites. Everyone is welcome here.
