Must Have
Must be 18 or older, Must be authorized to work in the United States, Flexible availability Monday through Friday, Weekend and holiday availability as needed, Early morning and late-night availability as needed, Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30-day period, Climb a ladder up to 10 feet in height, Safely lift and carry up to 60lbs, Able to kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, and reach overhead, Ability to adjust to the ever-changing variety of tasks and work environments, Effective communication abilities, primarily via phone, text, and email, to coordinate tasks and provide updates, Use a smartphone for various tasks, such as clocking in and out, taking and uploading photos, downloading applications, and connecting to the internet, Respond and remain responsible for consistent communication with field services management quickly (typically within 24 hours of contact, but may vary depending on the project/assignment/task/client/location being supported), Must own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data, Must be able to successfully navigate various communication platforms and applications independently, Must complete all training assignments and tasks within a designated time frame, Must have reliable transportation, Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance, Willingness and ability to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment/shift/daily, Superior leadership skills and professional communication and presentation skills, Ability to make sound decisions, show good judgment and problem-solve effectively, Capable of working autonomously with excellent time management and reporting skills
Nice to Have
Previous retail or merchandising experience is beneficial but not mandatory, Installation and merchandising experience, Proficiency with hand and power tool usage, Ability to follow planogram (POG) directives and secondary communication
What You'll Do.
Install and update sales floor fixtures
Follow plan-o-grams and client-specific directives
Respond to field services management
Keep availability updated and accurate
Complete all assigned jobs
Install and build displays
Complete necessary forms/images/surveys
Maintain and update displays
Conduct break-fix repairs
Participate in early morning installations
Manage virtual software
Assist other members as needed
Adhere to timelines for timecard submission
Work independently in a fast-paced environment
Participate and complete training
and communicate activity
Available for weekend assignments
Execute multiple job functions
