Must Have
2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, retail partnerships, customer success, or other commercially focused client-facing roles, Proven ability to drive business growth, influence stakeholders, and manage commercial relationships, sales and negotiation skills, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, Commercial mindset with analytical thinking, Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, Highly proactive, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environment, sense of ownership and ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities, High responsiveness, adaptability, and execution skills, Fluent in Hebrew

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of strategic retail partners and single-vendor businesses across categories such as bakeries, butcher shops, delis, specialty food chains, and national retail brands. This is a highly commercial, relationship-driven role for someone with strong sales instincts and the ability to influence business performance. You will act as a trusted growth partner to merchants, driving revenue opportunities, identifying expansion potential, increasing engagement with Wolt’s commercial tools, and leading strategic business conversations with decision-makers. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Sales, Ads, Operations, and Customer Support to help partners unlock growth opportunities and achieve measurable business results on the Wolt platform.
