Ensure Associates are processing efficiently and effectively; Ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor; Increase Associate effectiveness; Support store shrink reduction goals

1 year retail experience, 6 months leadership experience
What You'll Do.
Execute receiving and merchandising standards
Ensure Associates process efficiently
Provide excellent customer experience
Engage and interact with customers
Maintain clean and organized store
Model exceptional customer service
Orchestrate truck delivery
Prioritize merchandise processing
Train and mentor Associates
Ensure merchandise is tagged
Communicate with Coordinator on Duty
Ensure Associates complete tasks
Monitor team productivity
Coach Associates as necessary
Organize and rotate back stock
Maintain merchandising philosophy
Maintain signage standards
Uphold backroom standards
Ensure recycling compliance
Communicate with management
Provide progress updates
Provide and accept feedback
Partner with Management on training
Ensure adherence to policies
Promote credit programs
Promote loyalty programs
Support shrink reduction goals
Promote safety awareness
Maintain safe environment
Perform other duties as assigned
