ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively
engaging and interacting with all customers
maintaining a clean and organized store
orchestrating truck delivery
prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor
ensuring merchandise is properly tagged
ensuring Associates complete tasks and activities according to store prioritizes
monitoring productivity of team
organizing and rotating back stock for easy replenishment
maintaining all organizational
cleanliness and recovery standards for the backroom area
ensuring compliance with recycling and
hazardous waste programs
supporting and participating in store shrink reduction goals and programs
promoting safety awareness
