What You'll Do.
Greet everyone and proactively approach customers
Understand customer needs
Support customer shopping experience
Serve as primary customer service provider at the

Provide register coverage
Ensure customer service standards are met
Support cashiers through complex transactions
Assist manager with department scheduling
Assign daily associate tasks
Monitor department presentation
Monitor Front End associates
Ensure associates meet performance expectations
Uphold company merchandising standards
Uphold company presentation standards
Follow established floor sets
Follow signage requirements
Follow inventory presentation standards
Follow replenishment standards
Promote company programs
Provide training on company programs
Adhere to established policies and procedures
Adhere to safety policies
Adhere to loss prevention policies
Adhere to standard operating procedures
Maintain confidentiality of Company information
