If you are ready to make a difference as part of the world’s greatest sports team, apply to join our team today! **OVERVIEW:** **OVERVIEW:** The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer experiences by creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers through their eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high brand and execution standards, and efficient execution of Front-End operations. * Greet everyone (teammates and customers) and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience. * Serve as primary customer service provider at the front end and liaison between customers and management. * Provide register coverage as needed and ensure strong customer service standards are met by supporting cashiers through complex transactions. * Assist manager with department scheduling, directing workflow, daily associate assignments, and monitoring department presentation standards; monitor Front End associates to ensure they are meeting performance expectations. * Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc. * Promote and provide training to new and current teammates on company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.). * Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures.
