Resolve member concerns
Escalate issues to management
Maintain merchandise protection procedures
Follow shrink alert protocols
Review AP Alert Binder
Follow BEST procedures
Cross-check merchandise to receipts
Verify high dollar value items
Record register receipt discrepancies
Notify front line of discrepancies
Audit Curbside Pick-up
Audit Same Day Delivery
Inspect known repack articles
Monitor member traffic
Monitor visitor traffic
Respond to EAS alarms
Maintain safety standards
Process water jug return vouchers
Maintain club policies
Maintain club procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
