Promote excellent customer experience

Oversee team of Associates

Maintain a clean and organized store

Promote honesty and confidentiality

Train and mentor Associates

Coach Associates on customer personalization

Support POS coverage needs

Coordinate Associate breaks

Address customer concerns

Ensure Associates execute tasks

Communicate with management and Associates

Provide and accept feedback

Partner with Management on training

Ensure adherence to labor laws

Promote credit and loyalty programs

Support store shrink reduction

Promote safety awareness
