Promote excellent customer experience
Oversee Associates at front of store
courteous customer service
Promote loyalty programs
Engage and interact with customers
Maintain a clean and organized store
Role model outstanding customer service
Create a positive customer experience
Promote honesty and maintain confidentiality
Train and mentor Associates
Support POS coverage needs
Coordinate breaks for Associates
Address customer concerns and issues
Ensure Associates execute tasks
Communicate accurately with management
Provide and accept feedback
Partner with Management on training needs
Ensure adherence to labor laws
Promote credit and loyalty programs
Support store shrink reduction goals
Promote safety awareness
Maintain a safe environment
