Manage and direct legal and structuring for all retail matters
Align retail legal strategy with goals
Provide strategic support and guidance
Assess and advise on legal matters
Monitor and interpret changes in insurance regulations
Ensure compliance with federal and state insurance laws
and negotiate contracts
Support procurement and business development teams
Identify potential legal risks
Develop strategies to mitigate exposure
Manage pre-litigation matters
Coordinate with external counsel
Advise on corporate governance matters
Support internal investigations
Support regulatory inquiries
Provide training and education to staff
Coordinate with corporate secretary
Coordinate with international legal team
Participate in marketing and placement
Consult with communications teams
Oversee dispositions of offices
Oversee dispositions of books of business
Work with legal counsel on retail matters
