What You'll Achieve.
meet revenue goals; Orchestrates the implementation of ESQ targets, objectives, and systems of monitoring and measuring set forth in company strategic plans, Merchandise Plan, etc.; Drive continual improvement and leads the team to deliver upon compliance, programs, scorecards, goals, and training requirements.
Industry & Context.
Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time, Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, Ability to navigate uneven terrain in campground areas, RV space with hook ups are available at no cost for employees, limited employee housing at no cost is available on-site, commuting from the local vicinity is also acceptable, prepared to work a schedule which may include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, campground operations, or related field, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, Proven ability to manage teams and drive results, Highly organized with attention to detail, communication and customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing attitude, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently, Must be comfortable using POS systems, handling cash, and processing transactions accurately, Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons, Minimize your impact on the environment when at work and living onsite, Treat our customers, co-workers, leadership teams, all internal guests with respect and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times, All team members must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance

Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and scheduling tools
What You'll Do.
Lead daily operations of retail outlets and campground
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Gift Shop
Implement green procurement guidelines
Implement merchandise strategy for local native handicrafts and art
Implement safety standards and quality of service
Motivate and inspire the team to drive sales
and fun work environment
Embrace outdoor adventure and environmental stewardship
Execute upon POWDR inventory activities
Ensure and uphold pricing from marginal demands
Oversee on the job inventory with team performing regular cycle counts
Train and develop staff to ensure excellent customer service
Uphold and communicate ESQ standards and accountability
and expense to meet budget
Create captivating displays for inventory flow
Work with leadership to promote marketing programs
Manage POS functionality by ensuring accurate product set up
Work with management team to procure equipment
reconcile invoicing and conduct monthly retail inventories
Orchestrate implementation of ESQ targets
Communicate closely with management team in departmental meetings
Take accountability for coaching

Partner with maintenance and housekeeping teams
and overall campground performance
Ensure compliance with safety
and environmental standards
