Create a world-class customer experience
Provide passionate customer service
Sell through customer engagement
Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation
Demonstrate ability to genuinely interact with customers
Promote company programs
Sell bikes and related merchandise
Build and repair bikes
Assist with assembly of exercise equipment
Maintain merchandise presentation standards
Maintain signage of Bike Department
Adhere to established policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality of all Company information
Support the team across the store
Perform other tasks as assigned
