1 year retail experience, 6 months of leadership experience, Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation, Able to train others
What You'll Do.
Execute receiving and merchandising standards
Ensure associates process efficiently
Create positive customer experiences
Orchestrate truck delivery
Train and mentor associates
Ensure merchandise is properly tagged
Communicate with Coordinator on Duty
Monitor team productivity
Organize and rotate back stock
Maintain organizational standards for backroom
Ensure compliance with recycling programs
Communicate with management and associates
Provide and accept feedback
Partner with Management on training needs
Ensure adherence to labor laws
Promote credit and loyalty programs
Support store shrink reduction goals
Promote safety awareness
