Maintain a clean and organized store

Orchestrate truck delivery

Prioritize merchandise processing

Communicate with Coordinator on Duty

Monitor team productivity

Organize and rotate back stock

Maintain merchandising philosophy

Uphold signage standards

Maintain backroom organization

Ensure compliance with recycling programs

Communicate with management and associates

Provide progress updates

Provide and accept feedback

Partner with management on training

Promote credit and loyalty programs

Support shrink reduction goals

Promote safety awareness

Maintain a safe environment
