Ensuring each client receives a personalized and memorable shopping experience
Using selling tools effectively to enhance client engagement and satisfaction
Driving individual sales performance

Mentoring and motivating the team to achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)
Observing and providing feedback to team members on client engagement
and styling techniques
