The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) of Community is a key leader at Vuori, partnering with the General Manager to drive sales performance, elevate the customer experience, and develop a high-performing team. This role is centered on building meaningful customer connections while authentically representing Vuori’s brand values through strong product knowledge and a positive, engaging approach. Beyond core retail leadership, the ASM of Community is instrumental in shaping and executing community-focused initiatives that position the store as a destination for both shopping and shared experiences.
