What You'll Do.

Assist the Retail Store Manager in leading the retail sales team, forging connections with customers, communicating brand values, and encouraging the team to maintain retail sales and customer experience standards.

Key responsibilities include creating an unforgettable customer experience, managing day-to-day store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, motivating the sales team, seeking new product knowledge, leading project completion, and communicating inventory needs.

Operations include processing shipments, inventory management, daily maintenance, visual merchandising, cleaning, opening/closing procedures, restock and destock, and managing store supplies.

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Works with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best experience possible. Leads the team on day to day operations. Leads the team in the completion of projects. Works with Retail Store Manager on daily maintenance, sales strategy, community and team management. Encourages employees to give 100%, adhere to punctuality and role responsibilities.
