You’ll coach and empower your team, act as a role model, and help shape the store’s success every day. **About the Job** * Act as a role model, delivering outstanding customer service and brand experience * Coach, motivate, and onboard team members to maximize performance * Support recruitment, talent development, and employee relations * Drive sales and support monthly plans and targets * Oversee store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance * Step in for the Store Manager as needed * Pay range $20.00 - $23.00 per hour with the ability to participate in a sales incentive bonus pay program.
