What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree, 4-6 years in an analytical and strategic data-driven role, Experience with syndicated data (Circana (IRI)/Nielsen), Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office Business Suite, Proficient in Docs, Proficient in PowerPoint, Proficient in Excel
Nice to Have
Experience in CPG and/or Retail, Grocery data experience (i. e. , dunnhumby, 84. 51)
What You'll Do.
Manage strategic analysis and business performance
Provide customer and internal analytic support
Serve as a Retail/CPG leader and data expert
Develop analytics & insights roadmap and vision
Serve as a team leader and mentor
Create processes/tools for team efficiency
Be the subject matter expert on channel-specific data platforms
Interpret data and identify 'so what' and 'why'
Influence data-driven presentations
Diagnose impact to channel P&L
Drive action through weekly/monthly scorecards
Coach others to interpret data
Identify and drive strategic projects
Create and maintain cross-functional relationships
