Must Have
Successful completion of the Service Coordinator training curriculum (includes curriculums for Cashier, Service Desk, and Courtesy Team), Ability to operate cash register system and all financial services equipment, Good communication skills, friendly, customer oriented, organized, detail oriented, sense of urgency, Has organizational and multi-tasking abilities, This position may require lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, squatting, stooping, kneeling and/or climbing
What You'll Do.
Ensure a high-quality customer shopping experience by leading and supporting front-end operations
Coordinate checkout flow
Maintain front-end cleanliness and standards
Assign work for cashiers
and courtesy team members to meet productivity and service expectations
Drive customer satisfaction
operational efficiency
and accountability for front-end performance through active coaching
and customer issue resolution
Communicate effectively with peer leadership for smooth handoff between shifts
Perform survival walk of the department and shift-to-shift hand-off when the team leader or area leader is not present
Coordinate and drive actions and activities involving the monitoring and control of shrink and financial business outcomes within areas of responsibility
Proactively escalate concerns to leadership as they arise
Champion participation in community programs
Lead by example with behaviors and team member resource group (TMRG) engagement
Serve as a certified trainer for team members in their of care
Perform on-the-job/hands-on team member training and mentoring
Serve as subject matter expert for market programs
and development/training programs
Assign tasks to team members within the department
in partnership with the team leader
and follow up to ensure task completion
