Ensure cases are efficiently and proactively progressed; Ensure all work is reviewed; Ensure files are completed to a state suitable for review; Identify opportunities where we may be able to provide further services; Assist the partner/director in ensuring that stakeholder needs are met and that the range of our services is extended; Exceed the service level expectations of stakeholders where possible

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Substantial experience of corporate (administration/liquidation) and insolvencies is necessary., Experience of advisory assignments is necessary., Knowledge of insolvency legislation and other statutory requirements., Qualified accountant and/or JIEB.
Nice to Have
A quick to learn/adapt to new procedures/situations., The ability to organise and to be able to work on several different assignments at one time.
What You'll Do.
Provide a high level of expert support to partners and directors
Supervision of restructuring and recovery processes through from planning to review and completion
Maintain a portfolio of insolvency cases and ensure cases are efficiently and proactively progressed
Participate in independent business reviews
and other advisory work including option reviews and accelerated sales processes
Liaison with appointee and other staff where appropriate to ensure all are kept up to date with relevant issues
Ensure staff are briefed and motivated in order to complete cases efficiently
Review and supervise staff work and comment constructively on their performance
Take a central role in developing staff and self through on-the-job experience
Ensure all work is reviewed
Ensure files are completed to a state suitable for review
Identify opportunities where we may be able to provide further services
Assist the partner/director in ensuring that stakeholder needs are met and that the range of our services is extended
Exceed service level expectations of stakeholders where possible
Attend marketing events where appropriate and bring/develop own network of potential work sources
Review statutory documents for compliance with Insolvency regulations and relevant standards
Prepare case reviews and brief partners on work carried out and business issues
Manage WIP and debtors on a client by client basis
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Liaison with appointee and other staff where appropriate to ensure all are kept up to date with relevant issues; Ensure staff are briefed and motivated; Review and supervise staff work; Take a central role in developing staff; Assist the partner/director in ensuring that stakeholder needs are met; Be a positive influence in the team
