What You'll Achieve.
Ensure all project milestones are reached and components are released on time. Lead and support issue resolution, aligning countermeasures within RD and other functional teams. Guarantee project milestones are met and issues are solved in time.
Industry & Context.

Willingness to travel domestically and abroad for audits, issue solving, and on-site testing status checks. Strategic thinking and planning skills are required.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University degree in mechanical/automotive engineering with more than 5 years of experience in restraint system components development and industrialization. Must be experienced in dealing with complex situations, issue solving, supplier management, and conflict management.
Nice to Have
German language skills are a plus. Black belt certification is favorable.

This role involves troubleshooting, failure analysis, risk assessment, and presenting results in technical and project meetings.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional departments including RD interior, Overall vehicle, MP, BBAC, and R&D headquarters in Germany. Collaborate with external engineering offices and steer third-party colleagues to ensure project success.
