Must Have
1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, Must be 18 years of age or older, Must complete all required Raising Cane’s company training programs
Nice to Have
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, Raising Cane’s advanced crew experience
What You'll Do.
Ensure operations meet Raising Cane’s standards
Enforce Raising Cane’s policies and standards
Manage assigned zone according to operations and safety
Support shift execution
Take corrective action
Direct crewmembers during a shift
Provide exemplary customer service
Support execution of reward and recognition program
Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval
Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant
Ensure facility is in good working order
Complete other duties as assigned
